The 20’ self-storage containers come with 3 compartments, while our 40’ self-storage containers come with 5 compartments. Each of these units come fitted with rollup doors for each compartment, light switches in each compartment and outlets. There are many special uses and industries that we currently service with these units. These containers are perfect to give warehouses additional warehouse space as construction warehousing space is very high in demand. Our units enable our customers to avoid the large upfront costs of construction to prevent cashflow issues. Ark also leases these units to self-storage facilities to add additional self-storage units when they reach max capacity. Another use is for our commercial building customers with tenants. We lease these units to the commercial buildings that then lease each compartment to their tenants to generate revenue to the commercial building landlords.
